Operations Manager |
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to assist company owner/captain with the day-to-day responsibilities in operation of a fast-paced "quick response marine assistance" company. The Operations Manager will assume the responsibility for the maintenance of company vessels and equipment; Respond to vessels in distress both emergency and non-emergency situations; Maintain radio, phone and internet communications on a 24/7 basis during the season (April-Nov). The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience as a towboat captain and is ready to play a greater role assuming management duties and possible transition into an ownership role.
